 ...this gear has quite a bit of history...and is also the cause for a close friendship between Captain Holger and Will Keene, the President of EDSON International...

...it all started with us breaking the gear in a relative minor storm during our approach to the western entrance of the Straits of Magellan...this breakage is fully documented in our current logbook and occurred on March 29, 2006.
